Process

Design led innovation has been recently used as a multi-disciplinary approach to creatively tackle social and economic issues. This approach consists of teams that work alongside each other and use the design process as a means of collaborating. Core to the process is the principles of open knowledge exchange.

Brain Bang was a creative experiment that instigated a collision of minds of various experts including psychologists, UX and UI designers, a chef, a musician, a scientist and public servant. The workshop included the process of conceiving, mapping out, storyboarding and creating an idea to tackle climate issues. At the end, its participants had a 'sketch' of their idea, ready to be researched, refined, honed and polished.
