My Role Concept, Art Direction, and layout in collaboration with Raul Garderes.
Objective This proposed project/ concept art aimed to use a narrative story to communicate how we can use our legal system to help protect our environment (in particular the Great Barrier Reef).
Process
The project concepts won a distinction for the "Design for Good" AGDA Awards 2015. In collaboration with Raúl Gárderes as Illustrator, art direction involved overseeing project goals, story, illustration, and video to create an adhesive concept and guiding all the pieces so they created a beautiful and meaningful visual story.
The story communicates how we can use our legal system to help protect our environment (in particular the Great Barrier Reef). It is predicted that climate change, global warming, and other environmental legislation will increase the legal work for environmental lawyers in the coming years.
Our goal for the project was to create a beautiful and illustrative storytelling piece to share this story.
